Heggs has been developing, manufacturing and the safest and highest quality Phthalate free bath toys for children for 10 years. Phthalates are organic chemicals derived from oil and is commonly used as softeners (or plasticizers) blended with PVC resins, pigments and additives to produce bath toys. Childrens safety and well being are our number one priority. Heggs has in place a strict testing policy that requires each of our bath toys to meet and comply with all US and European safety standard compliance. All paints and dyes are lead-free and our plastics are free from phthalates and Bisphenol-A (BPA). Most importantly, all of our bath toys products must be tested and pass at independent accredited testing labs prior to selling to our customers.

Heggs SILKAM® series is a PVC grade plastisol that is suitable for rotation molding. This PVC plastisol is blended with PVC resin, plasticizer and other additives that balance the melt flow and other physical properties to allow it as excellent PVC compound for toy application.
