Comfort

Heggs has improved the hydrodynamics and comfort of this device where the central portion has concavely rounded ends with convex streamlined edges.

Hand Grip

The sides of the device are held by the hands of the swimmer for use as a kick board. Hand hold recesses can be provided on the sides to facilitate gripping during kick board use.

Side Portion

The two side portions have external sides of convex rounded form, with their longitudinal sections which are symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of the thighs.
